Gillian Evans

Once retiring from Education back in 2017 Gill came to live in North Wales a place she visited regularly as a child. Her father was born in Mountain Ash in South Wales but always loved the north Wales coastline and wished to eventually live there. Gill fulfilled her dads dreams for him when she moved here with her Husband in July 2017.

Since moving here Gill did a short course in Stained Glass and was inspired to take the craft up as a business selling hand-crafted stained-glass art. She takes her inspiration from everyday life and adds her quirky touch to her pieces giving them an individual look.

Back in January of this year Gill was inspired to have a go at Drawing again which she hadn’t done since her school days and delved into using water colour as her medium, from there she has used her influence of her glass house into creating illustrations of places around her and in her creative thoughts
