Having spent most of my life as a landscaper in West Sussex I have always loved art and crafts. I've worked with timber, dabbled in painting and I enjoy digital art. I also made jewellery, including engagement and wedding rings for friends, which was an amazing thing to do.

Work has tended to stop me being able to concentrate on "making" but now that we moved to North Wales, I have more time and this amazing landscape very much inspires me to create.

I'm working with some blends of materials that have much like a terracotta feel to them, the colours are mixed into the base materials, the process of pouring different colours feels to me like abstract painting in 3D and is very rewarding.

I currently make a small bowl approx 4" wide with a larger bowl at 7" I also have two vases that are approx 4" tall, each item has a unique one off colour design

Over the next few months I'm planning to have other larger items, and I'm exploring combining the current materials with other materials to be able to make sculptures, as well as vases, bowls and suchlike.
